Team: Global Administration

Role Overview: The Administrative Assistant supports the President’s responsibilities.

Time Commitment: 3-4 hrs./wk.

Role Overview: The Assistant Director of Human Relations provide a bridge between global administration and regional leadership.

Time Commitment: 3-5 hrs./wk.

Role Overview: Assistant directors help the director lead and empower the regional team as they support the personal, spiritual and professional journey of Adventist young professionals in their areas.

Role Overview: The Assistant Director of Programming helps provide strategic leadership over the Spiritual Life Center and Career Development Center.

Time Commitment: 3-5 hrs./wk.

Role Overview: The Director of Advancement provides strategic leadership over the Development and Marketing teams and provides the President with strategic support.

Time Commitment: 4-6 hrs./wk.

Role Overview: The AYP Director for North America supports the President in leading the regional directors across North America as well as with division level church relations.

Time Commitment: 5-7 hrs./wk. (10-12 meetings per month)

Role Overview: The Director of Programming provides strategic leadership over the Spiritual Life Center as well as the Career Development Center as well as global support to regional leaders as they plan regional events..

Time Commitment: 3-5 hrs./wk.

Role Overview: The Development Consultant leads business and donor relations. This is a paid contract position.

Time Commitment: 7-15 hrs./wk.
