How to Succeed in the Multi-generational World of Work

January 20, 2022

For the very first time there are 4 and occasionally 5 generations all working together and doing business together. Each generation comes with their own world view. The clash of expectations or what we view as social norms causes dysfunction and frustration. However, when we understand each other, this clash can become a creative collision that leads to greater innovation and better problem-solving. This presentation will equip you with better understanding of generational differences as well as similarities preparing you to successfully navigate the multi-generational world of work!
